Job Description

The role will act as the local advocate and trusted onsite advisor and be accountable for efforts to improve operations and maximize productivity and efficiency. Must be open to flexible work schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
Collaborating across multiple work groups Manages resources and people processes (e.g., Training, Staffing, etc.) to ensure the day-to-day administration of processes and formal procedures. Identifying individual and team skill gaps and developmental opportunities Holding others accountable to established performance levels to achieve individual and group goals. Resolves individual and group performance issues in accordance with policies and procedures in a timely manner to motivate and foster teamwork. Provide on-going feedback and support to improve performance Identifies, resolves, and escalates issues and concerns with UPS and Operations to ensure customers' needs are met Tracking and reporting of daily/weekly KPI's Monitoring staffing and employee hours
PREFERRED SKILLS
Excellent oral/written communication skills Analytical skills Organizational and time management skills Professional demeanor Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Leadership and team building skills/able to work in team setting Ability to work with all levels of management and client personnel Warehouse management experience aterials off loading dock. Will be using manual pallet jack
Pay Details:
