Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of mid- to long-term business growth initiatives for our client. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, evaluating investment and partnership opportunities, conducting market and competitive analyses, and driving strategic projects that support the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, financial analysis capabilities, and experience working in corporate strategy, business development, consulting, investment analysis, or related fields.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute mid- to long-term business strategies that support sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Identify, evaluate, and recommend new business opportunities, emerging technologies, industry trends, and potential growth sectors. Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, feasibility studies, and strategic assessments to support executive decision-making. Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives, including partnerships, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic alliances. Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modeling, business case development, risk analysis, and due diligence processes. Support corporate investment activities, including venture investments, equity participation, and portfolio management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic roadmaps and ensure successful execution of key business initiatives. Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership and board-level discussions. Manage projects related to business transformation, operational improvements, and corporate growth initiatives. Monitor global market trends, economic developments, and industry dynamics to identify strategic opportunities and risks. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, investors, consulting firms, financial institutions, and industry experts. Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support organizational growth and profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, investment analysis, corporate planning, or a related field. Strong financial modeling, valuation, business case development, and analytical skills. Experience evaluating investments, M&A opportunities, partnerships, or strategic growth initiatives. Excellent market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning capabilities. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience preparing materials for executive leadership. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools. Native English speaker required. Korean language skills are a plus but not required. About the
