Service Center Manager This role will report to the Group Vice President Responsibilities include: Manage the Operations, Logistics, and Program Management activities associated with the assigned Customer Programs (VMI) to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of products. Ensure Customer programs meet expectations through customer engagement, audits, and routine maintenance of bins and racks. Coordinate with Customers, Sales, Distribution Center, and Supply Chain to ensure that optimal Service Center and program inventory levels are maintained for program customers. Provide leadership to the Service Center associates to implement best practices, improve efficiencies, and facilitate operational continuous improvement projects. Monitor & facilitate customer priorities associated with the dock-dock & discrete orders being shipped from DC. Support Account Managers in addressing failure modes associated with dock-dock, discrete and VMI orders. Work with DC management team to prioritize product movement. Work with the Regional management team to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Support operations projects such as customer launches and program implementations Responsible for delivery vehicle maintenance, repairs, and compliance. Other duties as required.
