Job Description

Overview--Happy Cab is seeking a calm, organized, and dependable part-time Operations Manager to help support and monitor daily transportation operations. This role involves reviewing reports, helping maintain operational standards, learning evolving systems and procedures , and assisting with accountability and organization within the company. The ideal candidate is emotionally mature, detail oriented, comfortable learning technology and spreadsheets, and able to adapt as systems continue to grow and improve. This is an in-person position with ongoing training in a structured but evolving operational environment.
Responsibilities :
Review driver activity reports, cancellation reports, response times and operational data for accuracy and accountability: Monitor vehicle camera footage while documenting operational concerns and policy violations. : Assist with organizing spreadsheets, operational checklist and daily accountability procedures.: Learn and follow evolving company operations, company procedures and transportation operations software.: Participate in new driver onboarding and training support and conduct weekly driver operational review meetings weekly. : Identify patterns, recurring operational issues and areas where systems or procedures may need improvement,; Maintain a calm, organized and professional work environment while supporting daily transportation operations. Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable learning new technology, software, spreadsheets, and operational systems. Ability to remain calm, professional, and emotionally grounded in a fast moving environment. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management and problem-solving Reliable attendance, dependable transportation, and consistent work habits. Previous office, administrative, operations, logistics, customer service, or management experience helpful but not required.

$15.00 per hour
