In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer service are delivered to every home we serve. Key Responsibilities Operations Oversight:
Manage the day-to-day office and field operations, ensuring every cleaning team is prepared, equipped, and operating according to our established national brand standards.
Team Mentorship:
Lead, train, and support your cleaning staff. You will ensure team members are fully trained in our proprietary techniques, have the right equipment to succeed, and receive the clear, daily communication they need to perform their best.
Client Advocacy:
Act as the face of our business. You will communicate with new and existing clients to manage scheduling, ensure satisfaction, and swiftly resolve any issues to maintain our reputation for premium service.
Business Growth:
As a key leader, you will use your initiative to drive the growth of our local office. You will identify ways to improve efficiency and help us expand our client base as part of our successful national franchise network.
Qualifications & Skills Proven Leadership:
Experience managing teams, ideally in housekeeping, hospitality, or service-related fields.
Exceptional Organization:
Ability to manage complex scheduling and inventory needs in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Specialist:
Skilled at de-escalating concerns and building trust with clients over the phone and in person.
Problem-Solver:
A "hands-on" leader who isn't afraid to step in to provide support, troubleshoot equipment issues, or ensure a job is done right.
