Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Field Operations Manager to lead and oversee our boat dock repair and moving projects. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily field activities, supervise crews, and ensure the successful execution of boat dock repair on Lake Lanier. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional boat dock services that meet our clients' expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse construction projects while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Duties Lead and supervise field crews responsible for boat dock repair. Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Manage dock systems including monitoring, repair, and ongoing maintenance to promote carefree docks. Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment, materials, and team members between job sites. Identify issues accurately to ensure proper practices are followed. Oversee the operation of maintenance equipment such as hand tools, boats, etc. Supervise team members by assigning tasks effectively, monitoring progress, providing coaching, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of project activities, equipment usage, safety inspections, and crew hours for accountability and reporting purposes. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored dock solutions that exceed expectations. Skills Extensive dock work experience. Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments. Deep knowledge of docks, boats, water activities, etc. Skilled in operating machinery and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles in compliance with safety regulations.
