Seeking a strategic leader to oversee supply chain, logistics, and operational efficiency for a high-precision component product line.When:
Position is open immediately.Where:
Located in Georgia, USA.Why:
Due to expansion and increasing demand in North American markets.Office Environment:
Industrial manufacturing facility with a focus on engineering and lean operations.Salary:
$110,000- 125,000 base + 10
- 15% performance bonus; total compensation target of $125,000
- 145,000.
Position Overview:
The Supply Chain and Operations Manager will lead end-to-end operations including procurement, inventory control, production planning, and logistics to ensure seamless manufacturing and on-time delivery of precision components.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve supply chain processes from sourcing to delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align demand planning and production schedules.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and quality.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for cost-effective sourcing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain leadership.
- Experience in a component-based or precision manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and lean principles.
