Salary:
$110,000
  • 125,000 base + 10
  • 15% performance bonus; total compensation target of $125,000
  • 145,000.
Position Overview:
The Supply Chain and Operations Manager will lead end-to-end operations including procurement, inventory control, production planning, and logistics to ensure seamless manufacturing and on-time delivery of precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and improve supply chain processes from sourcing to delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align demand planning and production schedules.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and quality.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for cost-effective sourcing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain leadership.
  • Experience in a component-based or precision manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and lean principles.
