) Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR On-site Manager to lead on-site employee management at an automotive parts manufacturing facility in Rincon, GA. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and communication skills, strategic vision, and a passion for process improvement, all while maintaining a focus on profitability and business growth. Join us to lead a dedicated team and make a significant impact in the HR Management industry! Responsibility including but not limited to
  • : Accurately managing a track record of daily attendance and promptly report accurate head counts to E&E upper management each morning.
(Daily employee schedules, show ups, detailed reasons for termination/resignation, total employee records, etc.) Coordinate with HR Team and On-site Production Team regarding employee attendance and correction of any missing hours or time errors. Support E&E upper management team of HR needs.

  • , absences, tardiness by enforcing attendance rules and regulations and coach and take disciplinary actions including writing up written warnings to prevent future issues.
Create more effective attendance system and employee communication system (Ex. Social Media platform) to effectively communicate with all employees from the day one Regards their schedule, announcements, notice, and etc. Solve daily on-site employee issues, and manage incident record keeping. (Incident Report) Support On-boarding and Off-boarding, and coordinate with E&E HR Team including but not limit to First day Orientation, PPE distribution and PPE Record Log tracking, Registering time clock system, Creating Employee Logs for Attendance, and etc. Weekly, and Monthly employee attendance report. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration across employees. Monitor safety protocols with on-site safety manager to ensure all employees meet safety compliance with industry standards to maintain a safe working environment At All Times. Support urgent safety matters, including support of injured employees in the hospital and follow up with incident reports accordingly for Woker's Comp. Keep records of
OSHA 300, 300A, 301
Form for all On-site accidents. Distributing hard copy paycheck stubs to all employees on a weekly basis On-site. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate goals clearly and inspire action across all levels of the organization. Qualifications :
