The Role:
As the Customer Account Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer agreements are accurately managed, pricing is maintained with precision, and customer commitments are consistently delivered.
Your key duties will include:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the customer bid process from opportunity identification through proposal submission and award management. Manage customer contracts, renewals, pricing schedules, and compliance requirements. Maintain and administer customer pricing structures and contract-based pricing agreements. Partner with accounting and billing teams to resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies. Support customer accounts by resolving operational, service, billing, and delivery-related concerns. Serve as an escalation resource for complex customer service issues. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Accounting teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Analyze bid results and contract performance to support future business decisions.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; a combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree. 3-7 years of experience in contract administration, pricing management, bid management, customer account management, or a related field Experience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or project management tools Previous experience supporting cross-functional teams in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments Ready to Build a Future with C&S?
