Who This Role Is For This role is for someone who: Takes ownership and thrives on hitting goals Wants to grow with a business (not just clock in/out) Is energized by improving systems, people, and performance Is comfortable being held accountable to measurable results If you prefer a slow-paced, task-only role, this will NOT be a fit Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations Lead, train, and hold team members accountable Improve systems for efficiency, retention, and patient experience Track and report key performance metrics (visits, collections, conversions) Help drive patient volume, retention, and revenue growth Ensure a high-energy, positive, and professional clinic culture Compensation Structure Base Pay plus performance bonus(based on experience)
