Job Description

About Us We are a trusted, high volume healthcare clinic focused on delivering exceptional patient care while building a high-performance team. Our environment is positive, fast-paced, and growth-oriented. We are not looking for someone to "manage the front desk"—we are looking for a leader who can drive results, improve systems, and help grow the practice . Who This Role Is For This role is for someone who: Takes ownership and thrives on hitting goals Wants to grow with a business (not just clock in/out) Is energized by improving systems, people, and performance Is comfortable being held accountable to measurable results If you prefer a slow-paced, task-only role, this will NOT be a fit Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations Lead, train, and hold team members accountable Improve systems for efficiency, retention, and patient experience Track and report key performance metrics (visits, collections, conversions) Help drive patient volume, retention, and revenue growth Ensure a high-energy, positive, and professional clinic culture Compensation Structure Base Pay plus performance bonus(based on experience)
Performance Bonuses:
Based on clinic growth, collections, and key metrics
Growth Opportunity:
Leadership track with increased compensation as the clinic grows •High performers should expect to earn significantly more than base pay. Requirements Previous experience in office management, healthcare, or team leadership Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with accountability and performance metrics Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
