Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Front Desk Agent will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests. Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest communication. Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
