About Us:
Detail Dawgs is a premium automotive appearance company specializing in ceramic coatings, paint correction, detailing, and paint protection services. We're looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day business while the owner focuses on growing the company. This is not a typical detailing position. You'll be responsible for leading the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring the business runs efficiently every day.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technicians. Schedule jobs and optimize routes. Ensure every vehicle meets company quality standards. Handle customer communication and resolve issues. Hire, train, and develop team members. Maintain inventory and equipment. Monitor daily revenue and job profitability. Improve efficiency and operating procedures. Hold the team accountable to performance standards. Report weekly KPIs to the owner.
What Success Looks Like:
Jobs completed on time. Five-star customer experiences. High employee accountability. Consistent monthly revenue growth. Minimal owner involvement in daily operations.
Qualifications:
Previous management or leadership experience. Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication. Ability to solve problems independently. Valid driver's license. Experience in automotive detailing, service businesses, or automotive management preferred.
