Manage and oversee 3-5 active projects simultaneously Lead and mentor field crews Coordinate daily schedules and manpower Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors Read plans and specifications Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Order materials and manage equipment Perform quality control inspections Troubleshoot field challenges and provide practical solutions Maintain project documentation and reporting
