Job Description
Hawaii Nautical is one of Hawaii's largest ocean-activity providers, with a fleet of vessels islandwide serving many harbors across Oahu, Maui and the Big Island. We believe in delivering service, safety, and the spirit of Aloha. We are very eco-conscious and we do not do swim-with-dolphins nor swim-with-mantas trips. We respect the ocean and the ecosystem, and follow strict guidelines so that all marine mammals and wildlife are protected. We are seeking to fill our Operations Manager position which oversees all personnel, vessel operations, safety standards, and service quality for Hawaii Nautical's Oahu operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for island-based staff, leads operational standard-setting, ensures regulatory compliance, and enhances guest experience across all tours and charters. The Operations Manager fosters a positive work culture, supports team development, and ensures vessels and crews operate at the highest levels of safety, professionalism, and efficiency. •Must have current USCG Captain's License.
