Job Description

EIS is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive growth with key customers in the electrical, technology, and manufacturing sectors. Reporting to Sales & Business Development, you will lead strategic relationships with OEMs, industrial manufacturers, and service providers, expanding our value-added distribution of process materials, production supplies, and MRO products. You will build multi-level partnerships, develop account plans, uncover new opportunities, and coordinate with technical, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver reliable, safety-focused solutions. This role offers exposure to diverse markets, technical learning, and long-term career growth within a collaborative, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of strategic industrial and electrical OEM accounts Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer and EIS growth goals Identify and close new opportunities across EIS's product and service portfolio Collaborate with technical, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver solutions Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements to drive profitable growth Use CRM and analytics to manage pipeline, forecast, and report on performance Lead regular business reviews with key stakeholders and decision-makers Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity Ensure exceptional customer experience, reliability, and on-time delivery Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives in customer engagements Required Skills Strategic account management B2 B sales (industrial/electrical/technology) Solution and consultative selling Sales pipeline and CRM management Contract and pricing negotiation Sales forecasting and territory planning Data-driven sales analysis and reporting Cross-functional collaboration Technical aptitude with electrical/industrial products Customer relationship management and retention
