This is not a corporate office position. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, solving problems, improving processes, and making sure projects get completed the right way. You'll oversee multiple crews, mentor team members, coordinate projects, and work directly with company leadership to help drive the continued growth of Pro Seal Solutions. About Pro Seal Solutions Pro Seal Solutions provides specialty construction services including: Foundation repair Spray foam insulation Batt insulation Building envelope solutions Concrete lifting and stabilization Excavation Framing and structural support work Waterproofing and specialty coatings We have built our reputation by delivering quality workmanship, creative problem-solving, and outstanding customer service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for strong leaders who want to grow alongside us. What You'll Do Lead, supervise, and mentor field crews Manage day-to-day operations across multiple projects Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials Train and develop crew leaders and employees Maintain quality standards and hold crews accountable Work directly with ownership on operational improvements Communicate with customers and project stakeholders Troubleshoot job-site challenges and develop solutions Assist with field work when necessary Support company goals, policies, and team culture QualificationsRequired 7+ years of construction experience 3+ years of leadership, foreman, superintendent, or supervisory experience Strong communication and team leadership skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Valid driver's license Ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment Preferred Experience with foundation repair or specialty construction Spray foam insulation experience Concrete and excavation experience Bobcat and mini-excavator operating experience Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems CDL-B or willingness to obtain one (training provided) Who Succeeds in This Role The ideal candidate: Leads with accountability Takes ownership of problems instead of making excuses Develops people and builds strong teams Communicates clearly with employees and customers Stays organized under pressure Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Enjoys finding better ways to get things done Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 100 pounds when required Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and operate in confined spaces Ability to travel to job sites throughout the region Occasional overnight travel may be required Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Occasional weekends and extended hours based on project needs Pay & Benefits $25-$35 per hour based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Health Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Training Company-sponsored certifications and development programs Advancement opportunities within a growing company Why Join Pro Seal Solutions?
