Job Overview Empire Renovations is seeking a driven and results-oriented Canvass Manager to lead our outreach team through door-to-door canvassing campaigns and play a key role in expanding our presence across the Treasure Valley. We are looking for a Canvass Manager to lead our outreach efforts, develop team members, and help expand our presence in the home improvement industry. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead, coach, and motivate a team of canvassers to consistently meet and exceed performance goals. Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on accountability and results. Train new team members on door-to-door sales techniques, communication skills, and negotiation tactics. Recruiting & Hiring Identify, interview, and onboard top talent. Build a team that reflects strong communication skills, work ethic, and a drive to succeed. Training & Development Provide hands-on training in the field. Offer ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to improve individual and team performance. Performance Management Track daily and weekly metrics, set clear expectations, and implement strategies to improve results and efficiency. Community Engagement Interact professionally with homeowners at the door by building trust, and support your team in delivering clear and compelling messaging about our services. Field Operations Coordinate daily routes, manage logistics, and ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to assigned neighborhoods. Experience Proven supervising experience in team management or field operations, preferably within marketing, sales, or canvassing environments Strong background in customer service with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively Experience in door-to-door sales or telemarketing campaigns is highly desirable Bilingual skills are a significant plus for engaging broader community segments Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade confidently Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments Why Empire Renovations?
