Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Zeppes location. This role is responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining product quality, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, drive-thru-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee day-to-day store operations including front-of-house and drive-thru service Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Staff Management Hire, train, and develop team members Create and manage employee schedules to ensure proper coverage Lead by example and foster a positive, high-energy team culture Handle employee performance, coaching, and accountability Inventory & Product Management Track and manage inventory levels, ordering, and waste control Ensure product quality and consistency across all menu items Maintain proper storage and food handling procedures Administrative Duties Assist with payroll processing and time tracking Manage labor costs and optimize scheduling efficiency Monitor daily sales, performance metrics, and reporting Required Experience - management experience in: Restaurant, dessert, or quick-service environment Drive-thru operations preferred Skills & Abilities Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with scheduling and labor management Inventory management experience required Familiarity with payroll systems (or willingness to learn) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based incentives (optional to include) Growth opportunities within a growing brand Why Join Zeppes?
