Family owned business, very strong, close knit culture Company investing heavily back into the business, making upgrades to technology About Our Client Our client is a family-owned manufacturer of high-quality equipment serving the food and beverage industry. Backed by steady growth and continued investment in its operations, the company is expanding its capabilities through new technology and equipment upgrades. As they scale production and drive continuous improvement, they are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join the team and help support future growth. Job Description Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and functional leaders across operations Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout the organization Establish and track KPIs focused on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity Partner with executive leadership to align operational priorities with business objectives Oversee capacity planning, workforce planning, and operational resource allocation Improve supply chain performance, inventory management, and material flow Champion safety programs and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations Support new product introductions and manufacturing process improvements Manage operational budgets and maintain accountability for P&L performance Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Experience leading multiple functions including production, engineering, maintenance, safety, and supply chain Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related methodologies Demonstrated success improving operational performance and leading organizational change Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and P&L responsibilities Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive execution What's on Offer Base salary $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience level Annual bonus incentive based on blend of personal and company performance 3 weeks PTO Comprehensive health benefits through BCBS 401k program with employer match
