Customer Operations Executive Chicago, IL Avenue Logistics is growing-and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. What You'll Do:

Manage daily account management and shipment operations across multiple customers Build, schedule, and track freight shipments Monitor and manage 100+ daily pickups and deliveries Communicate consistently with customers and internal Avenue reps Troubleshoot delays, appointment changes, and service issues in real time Ensure top-tier service and execution across all shipments Navigate multiple internal systems to manage freight efficiently We're looking for someone who: Has 2+ years of experience in freight transportation (3PL experience preferred) Has strong communication and problem-solving skills Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Is detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and ownership
