Our client, a growing leader in warehouse and distribution operations, is seeking a Operations Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and developing team members to achieve operational goals. This is a Fulltime, Direct Hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments. Key Responsibilities Promote and maintain a safety-first culture while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Lead daily warehouse operations and allocate resources to meet production and service goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance expectations. Monitor workflows and operational performance to maintain service levels and quality standards. Track KPIs and identify opportunities for performance improvement. Coach, train, and develop team members while promoting accountability and engagement. Support planning, reporting, staffing, and budget-related activities. Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and operational improvements. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or related operations preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Comfortable using computers, operational systems, and data entry applications. Fluent English communication skills. Ability to work overtime as needed. Schedule 3 Shifts Available 1st Shift
