Dental Operations Manager (EFDA) - This position requires completion of an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) accredited program. We're seeking a Dental Operations Manager who is excited to split their time between leading high-performing teams and delivering hands-on clinical care. What You'll Do:

Operations (50%) Oversee daily operations across dental clinic sites Optimize scheduling, productivity, and patient flow Lead, coach, and support dental teams Monitor KPIs and performance metrics Ensure compliance with FQHC, HRSA, and regulatory standards Support program growth, including mobile and community-based services Clinical (50%) Provide direct patient care consistent with licensure (e.g., hygienist, dental assistant/EFDA) Model high-quality, patient-centered care Support care team integration and best practices

What We're Looking For:
