This leadership role ensures that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. The Field Manager provides hands‑on support, supervises field technicians, ensures quality control, and maintains strong communication with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support Air Systems Cleaning Specialists during field operations. Oversee the cleaning of HVAC systems, kitchen grease exhaust systems, and dryer exhaust systems. Ensure proper use of cleaning techniques such as power washing, steam spraying, vacuuming, and manual scraping. Conduct on‑site quality inspections to verify compliance with safety, cleanliness, and performance standards. Train new and existing team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices. Coordinate daily schedules, job assignments, and workflow to maximize efficiency. Communicate with clients regarding project status, service expectations, and any on‑site concerns. Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports, safety checklists, and equipment logs. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, operational, and safely transported. Support management with operational planning, process improvements, and performance evaluations. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Prior experience in HVAC, exhaust cleaning, facility maintenance, or related field preferred. Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience is a plus. Ability to follow detailed procedures and enforce safety standards. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, climb, and crawl for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in confined spaces and at elevated heights. Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels. Work Conditions Work performed on‑site at client locations. Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments, including hot and cold conditions. May require evening or weekend work based on client scheduling needs. In person, at various client job sites.
