English + Spanish or Chinese Position Overview Golden Arcus International is seeking an experienced Station Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our ORD location. This is a hands-on management role responsible for overall station operations, including office management, shipment coordination, and warehouse operations. The manager will lead the local team and work directly with the warehouse when needed to locate cargo, verify shipments, and resolve operational issues. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the ORD station. Manage and coordinate office and warehouse teams. Monitor air and ocean import operations and daily shipment flow. Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, trucking, and customer service teams. Work directly in the warehouse when needed to locate cargo, verify shipments, and resolve discrepancies. Monitor shipment status, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. Handle operational issues and customer escalations. Manage team workload, performance, and daily priorities. Improve workflow and communication between departments. Report station performance and major issues to management. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, logistics, or warehouse operations. Previous team management or supervisory experience. Strong understanding of air/ocean freight and warehouse operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments. English required; Spanish or Chinese required . Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation & Benefits $65,000 - $90,000/year , health and dental insurance, 401(k), sick leave, paid time off, company holidays, and career growth opportunities.Pay:
