Based On Experience will be discussed. About Us Freeport Junk Removal is a growing local company specializing in junk removal, dumpster rentals, cleanouts, and light demolition services. We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and outstanding customer service. We're looking for a motivated Operations Manager to help lead our team and drive continued growth. Responsibilities Manage daily operations Coordinate crews, trucks, and equipment Provide excellent customer service and handle client communications Monitor job quality and ensure customer satisfaction Train, motivate, and supervise team members Manage employees Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Physically removing junk items Ability to lift 25+ pounds Able to drive a truck & trailer Dropping off & picking up dumpsters CDL Qualifications Management experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently Experience in junk removal, construction, landscaping, moving, or related industries is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment CDL What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and treats the business like it's their own.
