Starting date July 1st We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Ticket Seller to join our vibrant entertainment and events team. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face greeting guests, efficiently processing ticket sales, and ensuring a seamless entry experience for all visitors. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining smooth operations at the ticketing booth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively environment that celebrates entertainment, hospitality, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Sell tickets accurately using point-of-sale systems, handling cash and electronic payments with precision Manage guest inquiries, providing information about events, schedules, and venue amenities Maintain organized ticket inventory and ensure proper record-keeping of sales transactions Assist with crowd control and conflict management to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors Support event staff with guest services, including guiding guests to seating areas or attractions as needed Uphold safety standards by adhering to all operational procedures, including food service or hospitality protocols if applicable Skills Proven experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality roles within entertainment or resort settings Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking situations Experience in events management and conflict management to handle diverse guest needs effectively Cash handling skills with accuracy and integrity in financial transactions Lifeguard experience or familiarity with safety protocols is a plus, especially in environments involving water attractions or pools Working with children and understanding their needs to create a welcoming atmosphere for families Knowledge of food service operations or theater environments enhances versatility in supporting various event types Join us as a Ticket Seller and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences!
