This leadership role is responsible for managing delivery, installation, warehouse, logistics, fleet, staffing, and operational performance while maintaining high standards of customer service and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on appliance industry experience, strong leadership ability, solid computer and systems knowledge, and experience managing large operational teams. Our company primarily serves commercial/B2B customers and operates Monday-Friday — no weekends. Key Responsibilities Manage all daily operations for appliance delivery, installation, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams Oversee scheduling, routing, staffing, workflow efficiency, and operational performance Supervise and lead 25+ employees including drivers, installers, warehouse staff, dispatch, and support personnel Recruit, interview, hire, train, and retain qualified operational employees Ensure delivery accuracy, installation quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction Review operational reporting, billing, payroll, invoices, GPS tracking, and key performance metrics Help improve operational processes, accountability, communication, and team productivity Support fleet management, vehicle maintenance programs, and facility oversight Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, purchasing, customer service, and administrative departments Provide leadership focused on operational excellence, efficiency, professionalism, and customer service
