Job Summary We're looking for a motivated, organized team player to join our office in a hybrid role focused on account management and day-to-day business support. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to customers, internal teams, and business operations. You'll manage customer accounts while also helping support sales, operations, and administrative tasks as needed. No two days are the same, and you'll learn how different parts of the business work together. What You'll Be Doing Account Management & Customer Support Be a main point of contact for customer accounts Respond to customer questions related to orders, products, and general support Coordinate internally to help resolve issues and keep customers informed Help maintain customer information, pricing, and documentation Build positive, long-term relationships with customers Operations & Office Support Assist with order entry, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks Support internal tracking, reports, and system updates Help coordinate shipments, schedules, and follow-ups Provide backup support to teammates during busy periods Assist with special projects and process improvements Team & Cross-Functional Support Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams Be flexible and open to learning new tasks as priorities change What We're Looking For 0-3 years experience in customer service, account support, admin, or a related role Strong organization skills and attention to detail Associate's Degree or higher preferred, but not required Professional communication by email and phone Willingness to learn new systems and processes Positive attitude and a "jump in and help" mindset Experience with Microsoft tools or ERP systems is a plus, but not required What Success Looks Like Customers feel supported and valued Tasks are completed accurately and on time You're able to balance customer needs with internal support work You grow in confidence, responsibility, and business knowledge over time Why This Role Is a Good Fit Hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business Opportunity to grow into a senior account or operations role Supportive team environment where learning is encouraged
