$150,000 - $180,000 A growing Chicago general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead complex commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned field leader with a strong background in commercial interiors and high-rise tenant improvements . Projects span workplace, amenity, retail, hospitality, healthcare, lab & life sciences, and education . Responsibilities Lead field operations on multiple projects or complex projects valued at $15M+ Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout and turnover Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, site logistics, manpower, and deliveries Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules Lead weekly foreman and trade partner meetings Coordinate sitework, structural work, MEPs, finishes, punch, and turnover Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, Project Managers, and trade partners Oversee safety, quality control, and schedule performance Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project delivery Mentor and oversee junior field staff What We're Looking For 10-15+ years of commercial construction experience Commercial interiors experience required High-rise commercial tenant improvement experience required Experience managing $15M+ projects Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, finishes, punch, and turnover Proven ability to manage Superintendents and field teams Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills Ground-up and multi-state experience are a plus Apply directly or reach out to learn more.
