This role reports to the Senior Vice President, oversees the daily operational activities of the organization, and plays a critical part in supporting operational growth and performance. Travel throughout the Chicagoland area is required - this role is primarily based out of Orland Park, Naperville, and Moken a, IL. However, travel to all CFSM locations as needed will be required. Typical hours are Monday - Thursday (8 AM to 6 PM)

Key Responsibilities Lead and execute high‑impact projects across clinical, operational, and administrative teams. Oversee daily operations across Billing, Accounting, Marketing, and Shipping. Serve as a resource for cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
