Position Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for executing daily operational workflows, ensuring process consistency, and supporting organizational efficiency through structured execution and AI-powered automation tools.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $85,000 Key Responsibilities Manage daily operational tasks and coordination Track and report operational KPIs Support scheduling, workflow execution, and task management Ensure adherence to operational standards and procedures Identify inefficiencies in daily workflows Support leadership with execution of initiatives Maintain operational reporting systems AI & Automation Requirement Must use AI tools to automate reporting, scheduling, and task tracking Responsible for identifying opportunities to reduce manual operational work Expected to leverage AI for data analysis and workflow optimization Must support implementation of automation tools across operational teams
