In this vital role, you will oversee store management, team supervision, inventory control, customer service excellence, and sales strategies. Your energetic leadership will ensure smooth store functions, foster a positive team environment, and drive sales growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape operational success while providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Manage overall store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management Lead, motivate, and supervise retail staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service standards Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge Conduct interviewing and recruiting activities to attract talented team members aligned with company goals Maintain inventory management through stock control, merchandising, purchasing, and inventory audits Implement effective pricing strategies and sales management techniques to maximize revenue Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales growth Monitor store budgets, payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency Enforce compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and customer service standards Foster a positive shopping environment by ensuring proper store presentation, merchandising standards, and organized stock levels Requirements Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively across shifts Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, cash handling, POS systems, and retail sales techniques Experience in employee recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training & development programs Knowledge of inventory control, purchasing procedures, merchandising practices, and pricing strategies Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills and time management Familiarity with budgeting processes, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and general administrative duties Customer service-oriented mindset with phone etiquette skills and a focus on customer satisfaction Previous assistant manager or store management experience is preferred but not mandatory Join us as an Operations Manager if you're passionate about leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment!
