This role serves as the direct backup to the Director of Operations and will be prepared to assume leadership responsibilities in their absence. The Operations Manager will focus on executing operational plans, supporting department managers, and driving efficiency, safety, and compliance across operations. Base Pay in Range of $65,000-$95,000 + YEAR END BONUS and

dependent on company performance. Responsibilities Assist the Director of Operations with daily, weekly, and monthly planning Act as backup to the Director of Operations when unavailable Support and oversee the activities of the following departments, including assets and employees: Driver Group, Logistics Department, Compounding (Blending) Department, Filling Department, Maintenance Department Monitor and report on departmental performance and metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals Conduct and participate in regular safety checks and audits Help coordinate operational schedules, including vacations and shift coverage Provide support in developing and implementing capital expenditure programs Work closely with Sales and Customer Service to resolve customer concerns and operational issues Assist with staff evaluations, training, and annual review processes Help develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance Act as a liaison between staff and the Director of Operations to promote communication and smooth operations Ensure that operations are carried out in compliance with regulations and company standards Qualifications Must be willing to be on call as needed Must maintain an active Driver's License Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external clients Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Detail oriented and highly reliable Strong leadership and teamwork abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Inventory Management & Batch Manufacturing Software (Chempax VB.net preferred) Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field 2-4 years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations, logistics, or manufacturing Experience in Lean Six Sigma a plus
