Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Generally starting around 7:30 AM and working until the day's scheduled jobs are complete | Overtime and occasional weekends may be required during peak seasons

You will learn to:

Lead technicians and field crews Maintain service quality and safety standards Help manage daily field operations and productivity Coach, train, and develop team members Communicate expectations clearly Inspect completed work and address quality issues Solve problems in the field Communicate professionally with customers Help plan and coordinate daily jobs Take ownership of team and jobsite results Learn the technical side of exterior cleaning and our specific service systems You do not need experience in exterior cleaning. We are willing to teach the technical side of the business to the right leader. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who already has meaningful leadership experience and is ready to develop into a role responsible for technicians, crews, service quality, safety, productivity, and daily field operations. We're looking for someone who has demonstrated the ability to: Lead people Hold standards Solve problems Coach team members Communicate clearly Take ownership Hold themselves and others accountable Strong backgrounds may include construction, roofing, landscaping, restoration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, warehouse/distribution, installation services, automotive service, military leadership, or other home-service or skilled-trade environments. Candidates may currently or previously have served as a Crew Leader, Foreman, Lead Technician, Field Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership position.
