We are a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, with 9 locations across Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, and Tennessee! Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable, and hard-working.

Responsibilities of Operations Manager:

Holding team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed Delegating tasks and projects and providing follow-up action Ensuring business quality standards are met Developing and implementing best practices to maximize team efficiency Route planning and management Assisting with the hiring process - interviewing candidates, onboarding, offboarding as needed Assist in delivering packages as needed

Qualifications of Operations Manager:

Experience working as a manager or in a leadership role Previous experience within FedEx is highly preferred Ability to listen and communicate effectively with team members and management High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills Strong time-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize Must be mechanically inclined for basic truck needs. Able to deliver packages efficiently Requirements Must be age 21+ Safe driving record Valid Driver's License Must be able to pass a state and federal background check. Must be able to pass a DOT drug test. Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card. Previous FedEx and/or Management experience preferred
