Key Responsibilities:
Lead + Manage + Hold Accountable (LMA) Coach and develop your team (Installation Manager, Office Manager, and Warehouse Manager) and ensure they're aligned with our Core Values and expectations. Oversee Full Operational Workflow From customer contract to post-installation follow-up, you'll ensure the entire customer journey is smooth, professional, and on-brand. Ensure Strong Financial Execution Own your P&L, budget adherence, and margin management, working with the team to maximize profitability without compromising quality. Optimize Systems and Processes Continuously improve internal workflows to reduce friction, increase speed, and boost performance across both branches. Support Field Execution and Multi-Site Oversight Be present and visible. You'll work out of our Waukegan branch while also overseeing our Lombard branch, and occasionally attend job sites to understand and improve field operations.What We're Looking For:

Prior success as an Operations Manager (or equivalent) in a home services or construction business that serves residential customers. Experience leading teams office admin, materials/warehouse, and field operations. A solid track record of managing a P&L and achieving budgeted profitability . Familiarity with the full operational cycle : customer acquisition → estimating → permits → materials → install → follow-up. Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) experience is a plus, but not required.Leadership Style:
