Position Type:
Direct Hire A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production, warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations while driving productivity, inventory accuracy, employee performance, and on-time customer deliveries. What You'll Do (Job Duties) Lead daily production, warehouse, and shipping operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. Develop and manage production schedules, labor allocation, and operational priorities. Supervise, coach, train, and develop employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Oversee inventory control, material flow, receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities. Coordinate logistics, transportation, and customer deliveries while controlling freight costs. Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and quality expectations. What We're Looking For (Requirements and Qualifications) 5+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or operations management experience. Proven leadership experience managing production and warehouse teams. Strong knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics. Experience with ERP or inventory management systems. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
