Support Productivity & Quality Maintain strong department knowledge-understand all production processes in your group and how your work impacts others. Maintain organized work areas including offices, workstations, racks, carts, tools, tables, and floors, meeting Barletta s housekeeping expectations. Communicate daily productivity goals and updates proactively. Review daily and weekly production schedules and develop plans to meet production targets. Train and mentor your group to maximize knowledge, skills, abilities, and overall performance across Safety, Productivity, and Quality. Basic computer knowledge to support administrative functions. Availability to work additional hours (40+) and possible Saturdays. Education & Experience HS Diploma or GED required. 6-7 years of functional experience in a manufacturing environment. 2+ years of management experience in the marine industry (supervisor experience preferred).
