Tsunami Express currently operates 75+ express car wash locations across the Midwest. We are creating a high-performance network of car washes powered by people, automation, and smart technology. As a Tsunami Express Site Manager, you are responsible for driving results, leading your team, and ensuring operational excellence. Site Manager:
Drive performance as a Site Manager by using data, metrics, and technology to optimize site operationsLead daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, staffing, and performance trackingHire, train, and develop high-performing team members as part of your Site Manager leadership responsibilitiesGrow revenue by increasing membership sales, retention, and overall site profitabilityDeliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with a customer-first mindsetMaintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site, including equipment upkeep and basic maintenance oversightEngage the local community through B2B partnerships, marketing initiatives, fundraisers, and Chamber involvementCreate a positive, accountable, and team-driven culture as a Site Manager
