District Manager - Hands-On, People-First Restaurant Leader (Full-Time) About the Role We're looking for a high-energy, hands-on District Manager to lead 6-7 restaurant locations . This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job — you'll be in the restaurants, side-by-side with your teams , coaching, developing leaders, and driving operational excellence, guest experience, and sales performance every day. If you love being on the floor, solving challenges in real time, and inspiring teams to win together — this role is for you. What You'll Do Lead, coach, train, and develop Restaurant Managers through active, in-store leadership Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teams to model great service, speed, and execution Build a culture of trust, accountability, teamwork, and open communication Provide actionable feedback and support performance development across locations Ensure operational standards, food safety, and company policies are consistently upheld Review daily and weekly results, identify trends, and turn insights into action Drive guest satisfaction, operational consistency, sales growth, and profitability Support rollout of company initiatives and help teams execute at a high level What You Bring Proven success leading multi-unit restaurant operations A passion for developing people and building strong teams Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between locations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation You thrive in the field — coaching, leading, and engaging with teams face-to-face.
