$65,000–$80,000 About the Opportunity We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day coordination of production, scheduling, materials, installation, and project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, driven leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact on operational performance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily production scheduling, workflow, and project priorities from order through completion. Coordinate production, materials, equipment, staffing, subcontractors, and installation teams. Monitor capacity, deadlines, quality, costs, and overall project progress. Partner with sales, design, production, and field teams to ensure projects stay on schedule. Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Lead, coach, and hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive team environment. Assist with purchasing, inventory, equipment, and vendor coordination. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations. Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, production, construction, installation, or project management. Strong scheduling, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing people and coordinating multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment . Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments. Manufacturing, signage, construction, or installation experience is highly preferred. #LI_ONSITE #LI-SH1 #
