Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Full-Time Cleaning Project Manager with EMS (Exercutive Management System) in Greencastle, IN. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead comprehensive cleaning operations across diverse facilities, ensuring the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a key leader, you will oversee teams, manage projects, and implement effective cleaning and sanitation management strategies that promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your energetic leadership will drive operational excellence and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Days are yet to be determined; will be discussed during interview 10am-6:30pm Duties Lead and supervise cleaning staff ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures aligned with industry best practices for industrial, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare environments. Oversee daily operations of janitorial services, including sanitation, management, and specialized cleaning tasks. Manage staffing levels, assign tasks efficiently, and provide ongoing training to enhance team performance and safety compliance. Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory; coordinate procurement to ensure cost-effective resource management. Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met; address any deficiencies promptly. Foster excellent customer service relationships by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs. Respond to client requests Monitor employee clock-in and clock-out records Cleaning restrooms, offices, breakrooms, work spaces, pulling trash, vacuuming, spot cleaning, cleaning door glass, wiping desks, dusting Requirements Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong background in team supervision. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams confidently. Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management protocols within commercial or industrial settings. Strong leadership skills coupled with effective managerial communication to motivate staff and coordinate operations smoothly. Experience in managing janitorial services, laundry operations, or hotel/hospitality environments is highly desirable. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.
