Leverage Data & Technology:
Use data analytics and fulfillment center technologies to identify risks, analyze root causes, and implement solutions. Develop dashboards and visualizations to inform site leadership and drive performance.Drive Business Solutions:
Recommend and implement process improvements to address complex fulfillment challenges, optimize operations, and support business growth. Build business cases for new initiatives with clear ROI or cost savings.Ensure Environmental & Regulatory Compliance:
Support audits and regulatory visits, maintain compliance with environmental and safety standards, and integrate best practices into fulfillment processes.Maintain Operational Excellence:
Document and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) specific to ecommerce fulfillment, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and site goals.Enhance Asset Protection:
Lead investigations into security incidents, monitor for theft and shrinkage, manage access controls, and develop loss prevention strategies tailored to a high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment environment.Collaborate & Communicate:
Partner with cross-functional teams, present data-driven insights to stakeholders, and prepare clear, actionable reports for site and regional leadership.Influence & Feedback:
Guide and influence associates and leaders to adopt best practices, provide and receive feedback, and proactively address site needs.Ensure Employee Health & Safety:
Oversee OSHA compliance, coordinate emergency response, design and communicate evacuation plans, and promote a culture of safety throughout the fulfillment center.Drive Process Improvement:
Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, implement process enhancements, and coach team members on continuous improvement methodologies. What You'll Bring… Strong analytical skills in data collection, root cause analysis, and problem-solving within a fulfillment or distribution environment. Proficiency in data visualization, dashboard creation, and data governance. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational efficiency in ecommerce or logistics settings. In-depth knowledge of asset protection, investigations, and security protocols for fulfillment centers. Excellent communication, presentation, and feedback skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
