This position plays a key role in supporting workforce planning, operational efficiency, vendor coordination, compliance management, and process improvement initiatives across our service delivery organization. The Resource Manager will work closely with DTS leadership and cross-functional teams to identify staffing needs, manage external resources, improve operational workflows, and identify ways to mitigate risk. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing operational execution with strategic problem solving. This position reports directly to the DTS Program Manager. What to Expect Working at CME Opportunity to directly impact operational efficiency and service quality A collaborative environment working cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and leadership teams Exposure to strategic workforce planning and process improvement initiatives A fast-paced environment where no two days are the same Opportunities to help shape and improve operational processes and standards Career growth within a nationwide healthcare logistics and services company Your Day-to-Day As a Resource Manager supporting CME's Service Solutions operations, you will: Partner with DTS management to align resource planning with operational and project needs Source, coordinate, and manage relationships with external staffing resources and service providers Manage workforce allocation efforts to ensure personnel are assigned efficiently across projects and service demands Analyze staffing utilization, travel requirements, operational metrics, and service demand trends to proactively identify workforce gaps and resource needs Evaluate operational and logistics expenses and identify opportunities for cost control and resource optimization Recommend and implement process improvements and vendor utilization strategies. Evaluate and optimize workflows, operational tools, and field service processes for efficiency and accuracy Develop, refine, audit, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support consistency and compliance Conduct operational audits and analyze performance benchmarks to drive continuous improvement initiatives Investigate operational errors, delays, and feedback trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions Implement operational corrective action plans Manage compliance and risk mitigation activities including insurance documentation, occupancy certificates, and asset tracking systems Coordinate onboarding activities and compliance training initiatives to support organizational standards and policies Maintain effective communication with operational leadership and cross-functional departments Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and process gaps Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong business acumen and process-oriented mindset Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook Experience working within operational systems, project management tools, or workforce management platforms Ability to exercise discretion and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare logistics, field services, staffing coordination, or operational support Experience with workflow optimization, process improvement, or operational auditing Familiarity with service delivery platforms, workforce management systems, or field service applications Experience supporting compliance initiatives and operational risk mitigation Experience working cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and service teams Compensation and Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision PTO- Vacation, Sick and 11 Paid Holidays Employer-Paid Life Insurance 401k Retirement Plan Employee Stock Ownership Plan Flexible Spending Account Voluntary Benefits - Critical Illness, Short & Long Term Disability, Accident, Life, Whole Life, and Pet insurance
