Job Description

You'll help run the day-to-day operations of our Indiana locations and more than that, you'll build the machine. You'll develop and implement standard operating procedures, put accountability behind them, and turn the way we've always done it into systems that scale. As you learn the business inside and out, you'll earn a real voice in shaping and improving our strategy. This is not a standard desk job. You will also spend time in the field. What You'll Do Gain a strong understanding of the business and our people Run logistics: parts and materials, permits, and job-site readiness Work with the Office & Field managers to build the schedule for pumping, service work and installations
Lead People Management:
Attendance, performance, accountability, coaching, and hands-on training of new hires Handle customer escalations quickly and professionally Report weekly to ownership on the numbers that matter: jobs completed, callbacks, revenue, and equipment status Partner with the installation lead so install crews always have the people, equipment, and materials they need What We're Looking For 3+ years leading field crews or branch operations in septic, excavation, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or a similar trade Experience running a schedule/dispatch board; field service software experience (Jobber or similar) is a plus A "nothing slips" mentality — organized, detail-driven, and relentless about follow-up Comfortable holding people accountable while earning the crew's respect Septic experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll teach the industry to the right leader Pay & Benefits $70,000-$85,000 base salary, depending on experience Annual performance bonus tied to location results Paid time off and paid holidays Health Insurance & 401k Real growth path: we're an expanding multi-location group, and strong location managers become regional leaders
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, full-time, with occasional after-hours coverage for emergencies.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
