Reliable, Experienced On Call Cleaning Supervisor Industrial Office Cleaning Mishawaka, IN Job Details Part-time From $1,400 a month 1 day ago Qualifications Team leadership Operational management Zoom Shift management Hiring Driver's License Leading team collaboration initiatives Video conferences (communication methods) Leadership Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking reliable, experienced on-call cleaning supervisor to lead and oversee cleaning operations across various facilities. Bi-lingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish) Do you describe yourself as dedicated and the hardest-working person you know? This is probably for you! Responsibilities Train new employees on-site Review their training quiz Hire/Fire Put together teams for initial cleaning. Ensure all supplies are on site. Double-check that employees are clocked in each shift. Be in daily/weekly communication with the operations manager. Manage supplies inventory, order necessary cleaning materials, and maintain equipment in optimal condition (South Bend 2x/month - Elkhart 1x/month) Make weekly visits to employees at their cleaning location and "quiz" them while you're there. Hold Zoom meetings with your team every other Monday. Keep data on Google sheets Bring donuts and fix mistakes during the day as needed. Lead by example in performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry services, and custodial tasks when needed - (you will have 1-2 locations every week that you regularly clean for
