Job Description

As a District Manager for ARAMARK in Food & Beverage Operations, you will lead multi-unit teams across a regional district, ensuring exceptional service, safety, and financial performance. You will oversee P&L, budgeting, and labor, drive food safety and regulatory compliance, and strengthen client relationships across education, healthcare, sports, and business accounts. You'll coach leaders, champion Aramark's inclusive, ethical culture, and implement continuous improvement to elevate guest experiences and community impact while growing your leadership career with a global industry leader. Responsibilities Lead and coach unit managers across multiple food & beverage locations to achieve operational, safety, and service standards. Own district-level P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls to meet revenue and margin targets. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety regulations and Aramark policies. Drive client satisfaction, resolve escalated issues, and strengthen long-term client relationships. Analyze performance metrics, implement continuous improvement, and standardize best practices across sites. Recruit, develop, and succession-plan leaders; foster an inclusive, engaged, high-performance culture. Partner with corporate and cross-functional teams on new programs, innovations, and openings. Ensure accurate inventory, purchasing, vendor management, and labor scheduling within budget. Champion Aramark's values of service, ethics, and community impact in all district operations. Report results, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership; execute strategic initiatives in the field.
