Send to Friend Cardinal Ethanol | Colwich, Kansas Cardinal Ethanol is seeking a skilled and motivated Process Supervisor to lead and coordinate our ethanol production operations. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of efficiency, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement across the plant. As a Process Supervisor, you will oversee shift operations, support and develop team members, and play a key role in optimizing production performance. Lead and supervise daily shift operations, ensuring compliance with all production and safety protocols Train, mentor, and support production team members to achieve peak performance Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement Perform routine equipment inspections, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime Prepare and distribute accurate daily shift reports Ensure adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Qualifications Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills High school diploma or equivalent required Additional education or training in chemical/industrial engineering, process technology, or a related field is preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in ethanol production or a similar industrial environment Experience working with process control systems Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights What We Offer Cardinal Ethanol provides a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings and Flex Spending Accounts Life and disability coverage Critical illness and accident insurance 401(k) with a generous company match Generous paid time off program Apply today for immediate consideration!
