Job Description
Job description JDR Painting Services, Inc. is looking for an Operations Coordinator / Integrator to help build and organize the next phase of our company growth. This is not a typical office position and this is not a painting position. We are looking for someone who can help turn ideas into systems, improve accountability, organize operations, and help build the infrastructure required for long-term growth. JDR is actively developing An internal apprenticeship/training program Division-based leadership structure Operational systems and SOPs Scheduling and accountability processes Long-term company growth initiatives The right person will work directly with ownership to help organize, implement, and maintain these systems. Responsibilities may include Organizing and documenting company systems Assisting with scheduling coordination Tracking projects, priorities, and accountability Helping implement training processes Supporting leadership meetings and follow-up Assisting with process improvement Helping create operational structure across divisions Managing tasks and ensuring completion Identifying inefficiencies and helping solve them
Leadership, organization, and execution are more important than industry experience. This position has strong long-term growth potential as JDR continues to expand and develop additional divisions and locations. Location Hays, KS Company JDR Painting Services, Inc.
