Job Description Supervise employees in construction, maintenance, and operation of distribution and/or transmission systems including compressor stations for a geographic area or metro service facility. Responsibilities
+ Supervise employees in construction, maintenance, and operation of distribution and/or transmission systems and appurtenances including but not limited to:
+ Line extensions
+ Transmission/distribution lines
+ Purchasing and materials
+ Corrosion control
+ Leakage survey
+ Oversee and inspect installation and/or operation of pipeline equipment and facilities including but not limited to:
+ Meter/regulator settings
+ Tapping/pressure control equipment
+ Storage tanks/scrubbers/dehydrators
+ Pressure tests (air, gas, water)
+ Inspect, evaluate, and recommend whether to repair or replace pipe and appurtenances.
+ Schedule and conduct safety and training sessions for employees.
+ Provide information, consultation, and/or assistance to customers, contractors, inspectors, city/county/state officials, employees, and others relative to company activities, policies, and procedures.
+ Compile, prepare, and/or verify information including but not limited to:
+ Operating activities
+ Completion reports
+ Accident reports
+ DriveCam reports
+ Employee documentation
+ Service cards/leak reports
+ MAXIMO
+ Department metrics reports
+ Various budget recommendations
+ Customer correspondence
+ O&M and capital budgets
+ Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
+ Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Requirements Highschool degree required In addition to education, this role typically calls for seven to ten years of relevant experience. Minimum of five years' relevant experience is required. Previous leadership experience is not required. Experience
+ Experience with and working knowledge of the construction, maintenance, appurtenances, and operation of pipeline systems related to natural gas distribution systems.
+ Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including accessing computers and related software.
+ Application of basic math and algebraic formulas.
+ Demonstrated ability to coordinate work projects for most effective use of personnel and equipment.

+ Distribution pipeline operation (specified by position)
